Candice Henry & Lauren Henry are success and influence strategists for the next generation of leaders, providing personal development and leadership strategy for young professionals.
These sisters and co-founders of Aretios bring over two decades of study in leadership, personal development, communication, teams, and high performance and 13 years of experience as leadership trainers. They hold degrees in communications, business marketing and management, as well as master’s degrees in executive leadership. Candice and Lauren are both published authors and top-rated university professors of leadership and have been recognized as 35 under 35 honorees.
They are the creators of The Daily© and The Best Life Blueprint©. Candice and Lauren have done speaking and training sessions for global companies, non-profit organizations, and various colleges and universities. Their work has been featured on numerous media outlets, podcasts, and has trained hundreds of thousands of individuals all over the world.

The name Aretios was inspired by the Greek word 'arete' which means an attitude of excellence, virtue, and purpose, and the act of living up to one's full potential. Back in ancient times, 'arete' was frequently used to denote bravery and skill but most often associated with a person's incredible effectiveness. Greek philosophers described it as the potential for and pursuit of excellence. A life full of purpose, influence, and adventure is what we're all about. So, with a nod to Aristotle, Plato, and the rest of the gang, the word Aretios was born.
